Request a return for eligible items within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached. Regular sale items are eligible; Final Sale and hygiene exclusions apply as explained in our policy.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact Avenowe so we can arrange an appropriate solution. To change a size or style, return the original item and place a new order.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after inspection, based on the amount paid after discounts.
