United States — Standard Shipping

Order processing	1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated transit time	7–15 business days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.
Standard shipping fee	US$10 for US orders with a merchandise subtotal below US$60 at current selling prices, before additional discount codes.
Free standard shipping	Available for US orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$60 or more at current selling prices, before additional discount codes.

The US$60 threshold is based on current selling prices, including sale prices, before additional discount codes are applied. Crossed-out original (compare-at) prices do not count. Shipping charges, duties and taxes are excluded. Applying WELCOME10 does not remove free-shipping eligibility once this threshold is met. For example, a US$60 merchandise subtotal becomes US$54 with WELCOME10 and still qualifies for free US standard shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays and peak periods. This offer applies to standard shipping only.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During product launches, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

For most destinations, estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately:

7–15 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Remote locations, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, peak shopping periods, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery time.

Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.

Tracking information may require a short period after dispatch before becoming active.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in more than one package.

If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different dates.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact Avenowe immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has started.

Avenowe is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be assessed by local authorities or the carrier.

Customers are responsible for applicable import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

Delayed Orders

Carrier tracking may occasionally stop updating temporarily while a parcel moves between facilities or countries.

If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist with an investigation where possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs.

If tracking indicates an unusual delivery issue or the package appears lost in transit, please contact Avenowe.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages returned because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the shipment may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Returns and Refunds

For eligible items, request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact Avenowe before posting a return. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; confirmed faulty or incorrect items are handled at our expense.
