Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact Avenowe so we can arrange an appropriate solution. To change a size or style, return the original item and place a new order.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after inspection, based on the amount paid after discounts.
